This SMS Terms & Conditions and Messaging Privacy Policy governs the text message (SMS) program operated by Arto Brick / California Pavers, Inc. ("Arto," "we," "us"). It applies specifically to our recruiting and hiring text line.

1. Program description

Arto operates an SMS line that job applicants use to apply for employment at our facilities. When you text our published hiring number, we reply with a short series of screening questions about the role and follow up with you about employment opportunities.

2. How you opt in (consent)

You opt in by sending a text message to our published hiring phone number. The number is shared on job postings, on signage, in person, and by word of mouth. By texting us first, you consent to receive SMS replies from Arto related to your job inquiry. We do not add anyone to this program who has not first texted us.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us. You will typically receive a few messages in response to your inquiry.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Arto does not charge for the messages themselves.

5. Opt out and help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation and will not send further messages unless you text us again. For help, reply HELP or contact us at (310) 768-8500.

6. Privacy — your mobile information is not shared

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent data with any third party or affiliate for marketing. Information you provide through this SMS program is used only to process your job inquiry and to communicate with you about employment at Arto. All other categories of data sharing described in our general Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information is not shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.
